Privacy

Only collect data reasonably needed to operate accounts, servers, security, stats, and support.

Fair Use

Players must follow community rules and may lose access for abuse, cheating, evasion, or disruption.

IP

Deathloop branding and original site assets remain protected; third-party game assets keep their respective ownership.

Privacy Policy

What may be collected. SteamID, Discord account identifiers when linked, public profile information returned by those services, gameplay statistics, moderation records, server logs, security events, support messages, and basic technical information required to operate and secure the website and game servers.

Why it is used. To operate accounts and server features, show public statistics, provide support, prevent abuse, investigate security or rule violations, fulfill store entitlements, and improve Deathloop services.

Public versus private data. Public profiles show gameplay data only. Account, support, security, and enforcement records are handled through official Deathloop systems and are not posted publicly unless required by law.

Third parties. Deathloop may rely on providers such as Steam, Discord, Tebex, hosting/CDN/security vendors, and infrastructure providers. Their own terms and privacy practices also apply when you use their services.

Retention and requests. We retain personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for service operation, fraud/security needs, legal obligations, or legitimate moderation history. Players may contact support for access or deletion requests where legally applicable.

Terms of Service

By using Deathloop websites, game servers, account-linking tools, or community services, users agree to follow the current Rules & Fair Play policy and any server-specific rules shown in-game or through official announcements.

Accounts and access

Users are responsible for access to their Steam and Discord accounts. Do not share verification codes or attempt to impersonate another player. Deathloop may suspend or restrict access when necessary for security, enforcement, maintenance, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

Store and virtual benefits

Purchases are processed through the store/payment platform shown at checkout. Digital ranks, tags, perks, balances, and virtual benefits have no cash value outside the service and may be adjusted when needed for balance, technical compatibility, or platform rules. Applicable consumer rights and the payment platform's refund rules still apply.

Availability and changes

Servers and features may change, wipe, be rebalanced, enter maintenance, or be discontinued. Beta features may be incomplete, and availability is not guaranteed during outages, maintenance, attacks, provider issues, wipes, or active development changes.

Enforcement

Buying a rank does not exempt a player from moderation. Enforcement decisions may be appealed through the official appeal process, but abusive or duplicate appeals may be restricted.
